8 Week Mindfulness Program

Individual or Group Insturction

Slice of Mindfulness offers an 8 week individual or group mindfulness meditation instruction. The course follows the Mindful Schools Curriculum and is taught by a teacher certified in this curriculum. Sessions can either be once or twice a week for 30 minutes. Students will learn how to bring mindfulness into their daily life via specific, targeted mindfulness lessons. This program will help children to pause before reacting, become aware of their emotions, and provide them with strategies for how to respond in challenging situations. Depending on group size, sessions can be tailored to students specific needs.
