10% Happier- Dan Harris (ABC Anchorman) leads this app, but there are a variety of mindfulness teachers and topics to choose from. This has quickly become one of my favorite apps and is great for beginners or those who want a deeper dive into the mediation world.
Mindful Schools- www.mindfulschools.org This organization is on the cutting edge of helping those who want to learn more about mindfulness. They have online courses to help you learn how to bring mindfulness into your life as well as how to begin to learn how to teach it to others.
