Slice of Mindfulness helps educators and schools build practical regulation systems for today’s classrooms so teachers feel steadier, students feel more connected, and learning has a regulated and focused place to begin.
Slice of Mindfulness LLC provides professional learning, online courses, live coaching, and school-based implementation support for educators who are navigating rising student needs, behavior challenges, burnout, and the pressure to support mental health in the classroom.
Through emotional regulation practices, mental health literacy, mindful communication, restorative classroom strategies, and the B.A.L.A.N.C.E. Framework, educators learn how to respond to stress with more clarity, build stronger relationships with students, and create classroom conditions where learning can excel.
Created by a classroom teacher who is doing the work every day, Slice of Mindfulness offers practical, standards-aligned support that fits into the school day and is not another disconnected initiative.
The goal is simple: support the adults, strengthen the classroom, and build a calmer, more connected school culture.

15-hour professional learning course translates standards into classroom strategies that address student anxiety, support emotional regulation, and strengthen connection and readiness to learn.
