Libraries & After School Programs

Bring Virtual Mindfulness to Your Population

There are many ways that Slice of Mindfulness can help to bring mindfulness to Libraries and After School Programs. For your adult population, any of the Mindfulness Signature Workshops are appropriate. Whether it's informing the adults in your community about what mindfulness is, or offering a more specific program such as Mindful Eating or Mindfulness and ADHD, they will appreciate this opportunity to explore mindfulness. 


For children, there are many ways to introduce mindfulness in these settings. Guided mindfulness, fun and engaging ways to incorporate mindfulness with books and read-alouds, art projects, and movement activities are just some of the ways Slice of Mindfulness can help your youth become more mindful in their daily lives. 


Additionally, an 8 week, researched-based program is available to teach Mindfulness to children. The program can be completed in 8 weeks with 2 weekly sessions or 16 weeks with 1 weekly session. 


Packages can be created to best meet your needs.
